I borrowed a book from the library called "POSTSECRET" by Frank Warren and it is a really extraordinary book. It's about anon people who post on postcards their darkest secrets that they had never told anyone and they were compiled into a book. Found out that there's a blog on this too. Some of them are really chilling.
